The most
versatile, easy to use and cost effective mold rubbers available.
Polyurethane Mold Rubbers, can be poured, brushed, or sprayed
to make molds that cure at room temperature. These two-part
liquid mold rubbers are ideal for casting plaster, wax, cement
and resins with hardness ranging from a soft Shore A-30 to a
very hard D-55.

74
Series & 75 Series
These polyurethane rubbers range in hardness from
a soft A-30 to a firm A-80. They are our most popular
and versatile products for casting plaster, wax, concrete
and limited quantities of resin because they offer easy
mix ratios.
81 Series
In cured form, these products are rigid with superior
abrasion and moisture resistance. Where the best wear
and highest performance is needed from a hard liquid
rubber, they make an assortment of hard rubber parts,
forms, tools, rollers, etc.. 81-90 is a very firm rubber
with a Shore A-90 hardness. 81-D45 and 81-D55 are even
harder systems that feel like plastic and have only
minute flexibility.
Fast
72-40
Fast 72-40 is a dense, medium hardness rubber used principally
for casting plaster and waxes. In some cases it is used
for cement. This product can create brushed molds by
thickening with a liquid additive (Part D). It can make
rubbers softer than an A-10 by softening with Part C.
This product should not be used for molds where long
shelf life is necessary as it may degrade over time.

Gel
40 & 50
Patented Gel mold rubbers are 1:1 mix liquids that thicken
to a brushable or sprayable viscosity during mixing.
No Cab-O-Sil or Part D is required. Gel 50 can be applied
about 1/4 inch thick. Gel 40 is thinner for optimal
detail penetration. An available sprayable version is
Gel Spray 50. A mold can be constructed in the afternoon
and cured overnight. |

Gel
Spray 50
Gel Spray 50 is a sprayable version of Gel 50. A mold
can be sprayed in a single application and cured overnight.
Spraying is a very economical substitute to brushing
for molds constructed with large models and surface
areas. |

Form
Oil
| Release
2550 is a chemical release agent specially formulated to give
easy release of plastic and thermoplastic mould liners providing
high quality surface finishes to concrete. |
Formliner
Glue
| Adhesives
recommended for bonding form liners to wood or steel. An additional
component is need for bonding to steel. Gel 80 may also be used
to repair torn molds or form liners without the need for reinforcement. |
Silicone
Mold Rubbers
| Ideal
for almost any casting medium (plaster, wax, cement, resin)
They offer the greatest flexibility and tear strength and do
not require release agents when casting. When casting numerous
resin parts, these products offer numerous advantages. |

For best economy, consider Tin Silicone 70 Series tin-cured
systems. Numerous products are offered, from soft A-10 to
firm A-60 hardness. They are optimal for casting resins and
low melting metals.
Platinum Silicone 71 Series
RTV Silicone Mold Rubbers
For highest performance, consider our platinum-cured Platinum
Silicone 71 Series & Platinum Silicone 73 Series. Numerous
products are offered, from soft A-10 to firm A-60 hardness.
They are optimal for casting resins and low melting metals.
Platinum Silicone 73 Series
RTV Silicone Mold Rubbers
For highest performance, consider our platinum-cured Platinum
Silicone 71 Series & Platinum Silicone 73 Series. Numerous
products are offered, from soft A-10 to firm A-60 hardness.
They are optimal for casting resins and low melting metals.
Gel
10
Gel 10 is a colorless translucent one to one mix, two part,
liquid silicone RTV system that rapidly cures at room temperature
to a soft tough rubber within 30 minutes after mixing.Gel-10
does not shrink on curing and may be used as a flexible mold
material for delicate casting projects and to create special
effects.

Latex
False Face Compound
| One
part, high strength mold rubber for creating brushed or dipped
molds, most widely used for ornamental/figurative concrete casting.
A castable version is available for making novelty masks. |
Latex 60
| One
part, high strength mold rubber for creating brushed or dipped
molds, most widely used for ornamental/figurative concrete casting.
A castable version is available for making novelty masks. |
Alginate
Mold Compound
| A
powder that when mixed with water is used for making molds of
the face, hands, feet, torso, or other parts of the human body.
Safe for exterior body contact. |
Waxes
| One
part products that can be used to easily make molds of hands
or feet or can be used as a recarvable casting material- reusable
as well. |
Polyurethane Plastics
| Two
part liquid that can be used to cast plastic with the feel and
density of wood, thermoplastics or stone. A variety of systems
useful for production of decorative objects/parts, lightweight
mold shells, tools, permanent masters/models, tools, patterns,
vacuum-forming tools and more. Great for solid pours, layup
castings or hollow rotocast parts. |

15
Series
15 Series liquid plastics are practical for production
of decorative objects, fixtures, lightweight mold shells,
tools, models, parts, patterns, duplicate masters, vacuum
forming molds and general tooling use. 15-6, 1510, 1512
and 1512X have the same feel and density as wood or
thermoplastics. 15-3 and 15-3X are similar to stone.
LiteCast
LiteCast liquid plastic is functional for creation of
production parts, decorative objects, fixtures, tools,
models, patterns, duplicate masters, and general tooling
use where a low density wood-like plastic is necessary.
Liquid
Plastic 60
Liquid Plastic 60 has a tremendously low viscosity;
1:1 by volume, fast-cast plastic with a 15-30 minute
demold time. The particularly low viscosity accepts
high filler levels for techniques such as cold-cast
bronze, marble, etc. and creates bubble-free castings.
Optic
Resins
Optic Resins are water clear, two component, polyurethane
casting systems that are formulated specifically for
application where optical clarity is essential.

Release Agents & Barrier Coats
| Release
Agents are utilized to ensure easy parting of castings from
molds and to remove bonding between liquid mold compounds and
models. Barrier Coats are decorative or protective coatings
that can be used to seal a porous model or applied to a mold
surface. |
