Versa-Brix®  combines brick-clad forming flexibility and low cost advantages:

Modular Connectivity
Versa-Brix® parts have the ability to connect to themselves, allowing the user to build desired size needed. Standard modular sizes are 4 x 4 and 4 x 8 sheets with 3/4” plywood. Custom sizes are also manufactured with this feature to limit the cutting of the liner.

Quick Turnaround
Versa-Brix® can be custom manufactured within 3 weeks. If a mold exists for your brick pattern, Versa-Brix® can be shipped almost immediately.

Adjusting Mortar Joints
Versa-Brix® has adjustable mortar joints. This unique feature allows the flexibility needed to compensate for the ever-changing dimensions of clay products. Coved and raked mortar joints are available for matching existing masonry.

Decreased Costs and Labor
Versa-Brix® decreases costs by eliminating the need for expensive brick grinding. It also eliminates labor costs associated with wax removal and most messy retarder applications. Multi-use inside, outside, and custom corner variations are available and readily manufactured at your request.

Minimal Cleanup
Versa-Brix® is an economically responsible system. The elasticity of the formliner produces an “Airtight” fit, practically eliminating the possibility of cement paste leakage, which translates into labor savings. Occasionally, there is no need to order waxed brick.

Easy Forming
Versa-Brix® is easy to form. Pre-drilled connection pockets allow the user to affix to any form with ease in little time. Versa-Brix® is often shipped to the customer in modular sections that when assembled, reduce the need for cutting and splicing after a form change.

Pattern
Any pattern imaginable can be formed with Versa-Brix® system. Some variations are illustrated in the Versa-Brix® patterns.

All Sizes-All Manufacturers
Versa-Brix® allows the use of all types of brick from any thin brick manufacturer. It works well with soap/half bricks.

Re-uses
A superior blend of urethane increases the stability of Versa-Brix® formliners and can allow up to 70 re-uses (guaranteed for 50.) This diminishing cost factor can reduce your formliner costs to as low as .30 cents/sf.

Save Time-Save Money
The true versatility of this formliner allows for any brick pattern without the cost of traditional field-laid masonry. Versa-Brix® gives a substantial saving in the cost of labor and material to increase profits of the precast concrete producer.

You can save many dollars by using Versa-Brix®
Labor is eliminated by reducing cleanup. Reducing set up time, and reducing wax usage.
